1.1 When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order prior to 04:00 pm, it will be shipped to you on that day, provided that the products are iin stock. When you place an order in the weekend, your order will be shipped to you on the next business day (Monday). You can keep track of your order with the track and trace code you received from us by e-mail. 1.2 Can I have an order delivered to another address?
If you would like to order a product for someone else, or just want your order to be delivered on a certain address other than your residential address, it is not a problem. At checkout you can specify an address for delivery. By unselecting the box “Ship to the same address” you can insert an address for delivery.
1.3 How can I trace my order status?
Are you curious to where your orders are in the delivering process? Check the track and trace code we sent you by e-mail. If you accidentally lost your track and trace code, no worries. The information you are looking for can be found In your customer account. By logging in using your e-mail address and the password you received from us via e-mail you can locate the track and trace code of your order.
1.4 I am not home on the time of delivery, what should I do?
It is always possible you are not home at the time of delivery. If this is the case, the delivery service will leave you a note stating they have tried to deliver your order and will try again the next day. If you are not home at the second delivery attempt, another note will be left to inform that you can collect your order at the nearest sorting center of the delivering company.
1.5 Can I pick a specific delivery date for my order?
Do you wish to have your order delivered on a date you chose yourself? That’s possible! Contact our customer support and inform them of the order you placed and the date you wish to get your order delivered. 2.1 Can I return a product If I do not like it?
Of course it can always be the case that a product you ordered does not fit well with your interior or just does not looks as you thought it would have. At popfurniture.com you can always return a product within 14 days after purchase. The costs for a return differ and is always for the customer to pay. Login to your account or contact our customer service to return your product. However, the product needs to be returned in the same state and packaging as it was when you received it. So make sure you preserve the packaging materials if you are still having doubts about your ordered product. When we receive your returned product, we will check the product for damage. When the product has been returned in good condition we will transfer your money back, which you will usually receive within 5 business days.
2.2 My product is damaged, what should I do?
All of our products are always treated and delivered with care. Unfortunately, there are some cases where a product gets damaged along the way. When you receive a damaged product you should contact the customer support as soon as possible by calling +49 (0)3021782120 or sending an e-mail to [email protected]

When sending us an e-mail, make sure you incorporate some pictures of the damaged product so we can be able to determine the degree of damage. In almost all cases, we will collect the damaged product and provide you with a new one.
2.3 How do I know if my returned product got to you?
When sending back a product for return, keep an eye on your product by using the track and trace code your received. When the status on the order has changed in “received” you will receive your money back within 14 days. popfurniture.com is not responsible for any delays in money returns caused by credit card company or banks.
